Prices are per person including our 9 item full English Breakfast with Pancakes & Maple Syrup to follow if desired. And is based on a minimum double occupancy for double rooms and 2 Adults and one child for family rooms. All rooms have a Digital TV with over 40 channels available. Many rooms have Power Showers.

Single occupancy supplements of 0% to 100% apply according to season and how busy we expect to be. We are VAT registered and all prices INCLUDE VAT Payment by credit / debit card will incur a 2.5% charge, but not on the deposit payment.

Minimum 2 Night stay on a Bank Holiday Weekend

We can sometimes offer a discount for 5, 6 and 7 night stays.
All prices for double rooms above are based on a minimum of two adults sharing a room. Please note at peak times we do not accept bookings for single nights on a Friday or Saturday. Click here for more information about our 1 night stay policy at weekends If your stay includes a Friday OR Saturday it must be for at least 2 nights. Family rooms prices are based on two adults and one child sharing same room. There may be a surcharge if only occupied by two adults.
Children 13 years and under are half price when sharing with two adults.
Young adults of 14 years and above are charged at adult rate.
Rooms occupied by one adult and one child are charged as two adults regardless of age.
Single (one) night midweek accommodation available from £25 pppn depending on time of year.
Infants (Under 2 years) are free - we have 2 cots available, but need to be booked at the time of your booking, but you are welcome to bring your own travel cot.
Children (2 - 13 years) are half price where they share a bedroom with adult(s). Children occupying a room at weekends without a paying adult are charged full price regardless of age.
Teenagers and young adults of 14 and above are charged full price.
Evening Dining
Bar meals are available (12 - 2pm and 4pm - 6pm). There are also many fine restaurants within 5-10 minute walk and we'd be happy to give you our recommendations. We have favourites we use regularly, Italian, Indian, Chinese, and English restaurants. We also don't mind if you want to order a take-away meal and eat it in our bar area. We have menu's for local take-aways, many give our hotel guests discounts, and it's a popular option for guests wanting to dine in. Of course, there is no charge for this and we'd provide plates, condiments and cutlery.
